VII Memoriał Tadeusza Rackiego 24-25.11.2012 - Modelling weekend in Gdańsk

That was very successful contest for me: two gold medals and Special Award from AK Interactive group modellers. Thanks a lot.

This competition in Poland gathered more than 450 models.

The prize from the AK Interactive. My GMC won in the category of "The Best AFV model in competition".

I have applied Mig Productions pigments.

So, let's focus on the base and figures.

I have "decorated" my AFV model with all luggage. These are resin elements from different manufacturers.

I have used pins to make the base more resistant and stable.

My M36 after gloss varnish and decals applying. What is more, I have made filter by airbrushing Clear Orange from Hobby Color.

First diorama fitting... I have used Verlinden resin kit.

Most new elements on the turret is my own scratch. All needs only small correction using sandpaper. Now, I am preparing accesories, rucksacks, crates, jerry-cans and other.

The hull is finished, only the turret needs some details on the outside.

Slowly forward...The turret interior is fixed and ready to paint. First details was added on the hull.

Time for first pics. The interior is ready to paint.

I didn't waste time for detailing, I used only parts from the kit, plastic and photo-etched elements. It looks poorly, but this is good enough in my opinion. 

What is more, fixing the chassis tooks me much time.

Slowly I have been preparing to start my new project - M36 tank destroyer in 1/72 scale of course. This is the Extratech model in ExtraPack version with some extras. The model will have the interior. What is more, I'm planning a little diorama with figures.
